Chauffeur Driven Car Hire:
No liability or responsibility whatsoever is accepted in the event of an accident or breakdown e.t.c of the car booked, and the right is reserved to substitute an alternative vehicle if possible in these circumstances.
Deposits are non-returnable. Insurance is available through brokers.
Company policy does not allow smoking or food to be consumed within the vehicles.
Silk Flowers:
Due to the silk flowers being made by hand individually for customers, slight variations of design may occur. Orders should be placed 4 weeks in advance of requirements. (Contact if you need sooner).
Cancellation of flowers must be received 2 weeks before required date: 20% costs will be incurred with the remaining balance refunded.
Any cancellation later than 2 weeks will incur 50% costs due with the remaining balance refunded.
Venue Arrangements: DJ/Music: Caterers: Plus
All Other Services Recommended:
No liability or responsibility whatsoever is accepted for any venue services, arrangements, food e.t.c that we have recommended. We will supply all details given to us and our recommendations are given in good faith.
If there is any cause for complaint, your complaint should be directed to the company concerned at that time. Terms and conditions of their services will apply.
Deposits:
A deposit is required 3 months prior to the booking date of chauffeur driven cars, photographer, live band, DJ, decorating service, catering and other services required.
This deposit in non-returnable.
If you require these services sooner, please contact first to ensure arrangements can be made.
Cancellations:
Cancellations will only be accepted at least 2 months in advance of booking or delivery of goods and services. Cancellations made after this will incur the full charges, which would have become due.
Clothing and Accessories/Gifts e.t.c:
Dresses, suits, accessories and gifts are all returnable for exchange if found to be faulty or the wrong size, they must not have been worn or used or dirty and still contain the labels where applicable. You must contact us within 24 hours of receipt of items to inform us of any problems and arrange the return. We do not pay for return postage and packaging.
Personalised Items:
These items are exempt from refund or exchange as they are made to personal specifications. If there is an error with any personalisation detail on our part we must be notified within 24 hours of receiving to enable return and correction. All costs will be met in such situations.
Privacy Policy:
Williams Weddings Plus takes your online security very seriously.
We are committed to complying with the Data Protection Act. We never make your personal details available to other companies for marketing purposes. We may hold your personal details in order to process your order and maintain your account.
Changes to Legal Notices:
We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any such amendments will take effect when posted on the Website and it is your responsibility to read the terms and conditions on each occasion you use the Website.
Availability:
All items are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if the goods you have ordered are not available and refund in full if payment has been made.
